Please allow up to 3 weeks for production (excluding postage) as our custom products are all made to order.

Our pieces are made to be loved and lived in, but wash them gently if you can - cold wash, inside out, and hang or lay flat to dry. If you have to iron, we recommend inside out & don't apply heat directly on the embroidery.

Because each piece is custom made, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is actually faulty. That’s why it’s super important to double check all the details of your order before hitting ‘purchase’. Typos, incorrect sizing? Give us a shout as SOON as you can & we’ll do our best to help!
